Thank you for visiting and shopping at XTECHZ+. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please note that additional transit days will be required for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free standard delivery is available for orders over $600 within Singapore.

Shipping Information

We provide island-wide delivery to Singapore, except Jurong Island, restricted airlines and cargo areas (such as airport cargo complexes, and airline roads), and other locations that are not on mainland Singapore.


How do I check my order status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from XTECHZ+ which will include a tracking number for you to track your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
